The rivalry between The Phenom and The Giant just isn't quite catching on, and we theorize (with the help of some more movie analogies, of course) just why exactly that is. The Undertaker sends Edge to hell! The Undertaker competes against Edge in an absolutely insane Tables, Ladders, and Chairs match on this week's Talking Taker! It's a game of Keep Away with the World Heavyweight Title on this week's Talking Taker! The Undertaker and the Giant Gonzalez face off in a battle you wish you could forget on this week's special Talking Taker! Join wrestling superfans Alex Doriot and Travis White as they fill in one of the gaps on their journey through every Undertaker PPV match with yet another Royal Rumble Watch-Along, this time covering the 1993 battle royal extravaganza. The Undertaker and Edge continue their rivalry and we continue our podcast through a global pandemic! The Undertaker goes for 16 and 0 - and we go 2 on 1 with The Dead Man himself! Join wrestling superfans Alex Doriot and Travis White on their journey through every Undertaker PPV match as they record a special "live" episode of the show from their hotel in New York discussing one of Taker's greatest WrestleMania matches as he faces Edge for the World Heavyweight Championship. This nearly year-long rivalry comes to a head in epic fashion under the Orlando sky as the main event at one of the most spectacular PPVs the WWE ever produced. We'll.cover the importance of this match for both men's careers and why it holds a special place in our hearts. Plus we'll cover all the build including Edge's peak heel work, a casket match rewind with Mark Henry, more blood from "that unnamed submission", an awesome old school cage match that crosses over with the Ric Flair and Shawn Michaels rivalry, the repeated lie about Edge's "undefeated" streak, another funeral for The Dead Man, and so much more.
Then Alex and Travis recap their whirlwind 24 hour trip to The Big Event in New York to finally meet The Undertaker! After 2 and a half years of podcasting and 30 years of fandom, we got to shake Taker's hand and tell him about our show. It may have only lasted 30 seconds but we made the most of it and we'll tell you all about it, including his incredible response when he found out about the only podcast dedicated solely to his career. The Undertaker tries to win his second Royal Rumble in a row on this week's Talking Taker! Join wrestling superfans Alex Doriot and Travis White on their journey through every Undertaker PPV as they kick off another year in the career of The Dead Man with a special Watch-Along of the 2008 Rumble match. Last year The Undertaker won it all from the #30 spot in a classic showdown with Shawn Michaels. This time Taker and HBK kick the match off in epic fashion!
